Positive: Yes ppl, you get 100% Burj Khalifa & fountain views. And, you can see dubai mall, as it is directly opposite the apartment (4 mins walk) . Added benefits, access to swimming pool (family friendly & views of Burj Khalifa) & gym. Seriously, great value for money. My family, we had a genuine amazing time.
