Positive: تقييم: 9/10 أقمتُ في شقة Luxury Two Bedrooms Apartment لمدة ثلاثة أيام، وكانت التجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس. تتميز الشقة بموقعها الاستراتيجي في قلب مدينة دبي، وعلى مسافة قريبة جدًا من دبي مول وبرج خليفة، حيث لا يتجاوز وقت المشي خمس دقائق، ما يجعلها خيارًا مثاليًا للراغبين في الاستمتاع بأهم معالم المدينة بسهولة. عملية الاستقبال وتسجيل الدخول كانت سلسة وسريعة، دون أي تعقيدات، كما أن فريق الإدارة كان متعاونًا ومتجاوبًا بشكل ملحوظ، مع سرعة في الرد وتقديم الدعم عند الحاجة. بشكل عام، الإقامة كانت مريحة وراقية، وأوصي بها بقوة لمن يبحث عن موقع مميز وخدمة احترافية في وسط دبي. Lamentable Negative: No me gustó la comunicación con el responsable del alojamiento. La primera vez tardó mucho en comunicarse, casi cuando estaba llegando al alojamiento. Cuando llegué no había sábanas para el sofá cama, según el anfitrión tenía que haberlo solicitado antes, y no nos informaron de eso, además de que tuve que pagar un recargo por poder tener las sábanas del sofá cama. Después de pagarlo, al día siguiente dejaron una bolsa de plástico con las sábanas en el suelo, delante de la puerta. Cada vez que necesitamos algo, el responsable solo pedía pruebas de ello mediante fotos. Todo eran preguntas y no daba soluciones. La primera noche no había agua caliente en la bañera, al segundo día tampoco funcionaba el lavavajillas, no vino nadie a solucionar, después de haber avisado…

Ideal accommodation- clean and well equipped- tastefully decorated. Positive: The property was in an ideal location- close to the Dubai Mall, the Opera house and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Was exactly as described- Clean and very comfortable. Great balcony overlook main road.
