Positive: Apartament uroczy, świetnie umieszczony, z pięknym widokiem. Kilka mankamentów już posiada i potrzebuje odświeżenia i naprawy, tj: cieknąca umywalka w łazience (pleśń na dole szafki), ułamana noga sofy w salonie czy wypadające drzwiczki szafki pod TV. Można to załatwić w 2-3h. Ocena ogólna POZYTYWNA.
