Positive: Everything was excellent The apartment was clean , tidy and thoughtfully prepared Every thing was perfect except check in experience Negative: Waited more than 40 minutes to complete check-in Self check-in was not permitted, even though I had previously submitted my ID documents via email to the host. The building reception officer confirmed my identification details; however, the reception officer still refused to allow entry into the appattment without the host being present

Amazing!! Positive: What I love most is the service pre stay, the team was in touch and really supported me. The property is clean and has all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star property! Location is the best, super convenient with a hug option of dinning and super near Dubai Mall! A must book for a great weekend in Dubai!
